In order to make a return to Perma Brands, please follow these simple steps:
• Repack the product in the original packaging and shipping box as received or in a similar container;
• Include a copy of the order documents (invoice), and indicate the reason for the return;
• Address the parcel clearly to Perma Brands Corporation;
• Send the parcel by insured mail or courier.
As soon as the item is received and qualified for reimbursement, Perma Brands will credit the buyer’s credit card in the full amount previously charged and collected for the item. Please note that the the risk of any damage or loss prior to receipt of the returned item is to the buyer’s account.
